i'm working as a customer service/sales person for an online computer store in the UK. i answer the phone and take orders which have been processed through our website. also make calls to our suppliers. we are only a few people running the site and we have around 50,000 products online for sale. what future do i have for such a job? Can you give me some ideas/advice on my job?
th e future in unpredictable but there is always a need for retail and order management.
