This girl is out of order telling you that you need to change, she should accept you for who you are and if she doesn't like it then that's her problem. And really, it sounds like all she's interested in is looks showing that she's shallow; people like that are always best avoided in my opinion.
I think you should try and forget about her and try and talk to girls who are perhaps more interested in the person you are rather than how 'cool' you are or what you look like.
If you're worried about your weight then cut down on snacking and stick to healthier options and increase the amount of excercise you do by maybe going down the gym or just doing excercises at home.
But really if you're trying to get healthier you should do it for yourself, not just because someone told you to.

If she doesnt like you the way you are, she is not worth it.
If you are trying to lose weight:
1) you probably dont need to lose weight imediately you are only in the seventh grade you are still growing
2)eating healthier and drinking more water can help tremendously
it give you the automatic results you were hoping for but it will help you in the long run
any girl whom tries to change you isnt really worth it-if she wants to change you now, she'll most probably do it sometime later, and controll you a lot. but as for teh loosing weight thing...drink a lot of water and hot tea more than you eat, try to eat more fruits and veggies and stuff if you dont already do that...
